Technogym Village: new photovoltaic plant with over 2 MW of capacity
Technogym is strengthening its long-standing commitment to sustainability with an investment in renewable energy: a facility spanning approximately 17,000 square meters covering the Technogym Village’s energy needs up to 100%.
The new photovoltaic system at Technogym Village, with a total capacity of over 2 MW, has recently become operational. The infrastructure, which covers approximately 17,000 square meters, represents one of the company’s most significant initiatives aimed at achieving energy self-sufficiency and reducing its environmental impact.
Thanks to solar energy production, the system is capable of covering the Technogym Village’s total electricity needs, including both production facilities and offices. The system can enable 100% self-sufficiency, making the Wellness Campus entirely powered by renewable energy.

The new photovoltaic system makes a tangible contribution to reducing CO₂ emissions, reinforcing Technogym’s decarbonization efforts and confirming the company’s commitment to increasingly efficient and responsible industrial models.
This initiative is part of the vision for the Technogym Village as a cutting-edge campus, designed to combine innovation, workplace quality, and sustainability. A place that puts people’s wellness at the center and reflects the brand’s core values, in line with the Wellness Valley model, an international ecosystem that promotes an active, healthy, and sustainable lifestyle.
With the launch of the new photovoltaic system, Technogym reaffirms its role as a leading company not only in fitness and wellness innovation but also in the energy transition, making sustainability a structural element of its growth strategy.

This builds on Technogym’s already established commitment to sustainable development: from designing products geared toward the circular economy – using recycled materials and self-powered solutions – to environmental protection, quality of life, and people’s well-being, as well as its connection to the community and the Wellness Valley region.
This journey has also been recognized internationally with the awarding, at the end of 2025, of the EcoVadis Platinum Medal, which places Technogym in the top 1% of the world’s most virtuous companies in terms of sustainability. It is within this context that a new and significant investment in renewable energy is taking place.
