The Greenwich sets a new benchmark for elevated living in Manhattan

Above downtown Manhattan, a new residential landmark links architectural vision with a complete Technogym-driven approach to wellness and design.

The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly, at 125 Greenwich Street, in Manhattan’s FiDi neighborhood, is a shimmering 88-story residential condominium tower with a glass exterior accented with rounded corners. Designed from the inside-out to ensure the most intelligent use of space, this elegant supertall embraces light and air on every floor, and offers expansive panoramic views of the Hudson River, New York Harbor, and Downtown Manhattan. With over 27,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities across four floors, The Greenwich was designed with wellness, health and community in mind.

Uniquely situated for a luxury residential tower, Milan-based developer Bizzi & Partners worked with Viñoly to place their extensive array of amenities across three floors at the top of the building providing all residents a club-like experience with penthouse views. From 912-feet off the ground, the views are as limitless as the opportunities. “The 88” provides residents with the highest private amenities suite in New York City – featuring an exclusive selection of wellness, entertainment, and fitness amenities – a private screening room, dining room and catering kitchen. The pristine 50-foot indoor saltwater lap pool and gym are the highest in NYC.

The fitness center, wrapping around the tower’s southern façade, is exclusively fitted with Technogym equipment. The world-leading manufacturer of sports and leisure equipment is based in Cesena, Italy and was selected by Bizzi & Partners as Technogym products represent a landmark for wellness, performance and design. From cutting-edge technology to quality craftsmanship, each piece is conceived to deliver superior performance and an unparalleled workout experience - to meet the needs of professional athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Each piece of equipment is the result of ongoing research into ergonomics, biomechanics and technological innovation, with a Made in Italy design that combines aesthetics and functionality.

The iconic gym features performance-oriented Skill Line, pin-loaded Selection Line for targeted strength training and Excite Line for guided cardio, with full access to entertainment and workout options.

Each solution is designed to offer high performance, safety and an engaging user experience. Technogym is where innovation meets excellence.

After their workout, residents can rejuvenate in the sauna and steam room, and later indulge in a massage in the private, Zen-like treatment rooms. The professional massage, hair, manicure, and pedicure services are available through the building’s dedicated on-site concierge.

The 16th floor features a library, multifunctional lounge with plush seating, private “call pods”, indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces which includes a full indoor kitchen, and outside fire pit and private grilling stations. On the same floor is an indoor and outdoor children’s recreation area, and multi-sport simulator.

The ultra-lux interior spaces, for the 272 studios to three-bedroom condominiums and an exclusive suite of penthouses, were designed by MAWD | March and White Design. Each residence is customized in one of three distinct finish palettes inspired by the views: Terra (for nature), Aqua (for the river) and Stratus (for the air and sky). From custom cabinetry to premium appliances, every element is considered with all the kitchens, baths and cabinetry outfitted by Italian companies.
