Anantara Hotels & Resorts – the experiential luxury brand of Minor Hotels with properties located across Asia, the Indian Ocean, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe – deepens its partnership with Technogym – the world-leading brand for fitness, wellness, sport, and health – to bring exclusive in-room workout content to guests around the world.

Technogym is already present in more than 38 of Anantara’s global locations with its signature, connected high-end equipment. This next step upgrades the partnership, enhancing its widespread presence throughout the guest journey. The collaboration reflects Anantara’s ongoing commitment to holistic wellness, offering guests the opportunity to stay active and balanced, anytime, anywhere.

Available through the Minor Hotels app, these specially curated workouts are designed to be performed in-room, requiring no equipment and minimal space. Whether you’re looking to energize your morning, recover from jet lag, or unwind before bed, there’s a class tailored to your needs.

The sessions are led by expert Technogym Trainers and include a variety of low-impact formats such as yoga, stretching, meditation, and bodyweight strength and cardio. Each Technogym class has been created exclusively for the Anantara guests.

In addition to the in-room experience, the partnership between Anantara and Technogym will further expand this autumn with a dedicated Wellness Retreat at Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel, a breath-taking 13th-century Capuchin monastery perched on the cliff overlooking the Mediterranean.

This immersive experience will feature a curated blend of training sessions and wellness workshops led by two of Technogym’s Master Trainers. Guests will also benefit from personalized insights through Technogym Checkup, an advanced assessment station designed to evaluate overall condition and guide tailored wellness journeys.
